Canadian stocks give up gains

NEW YORK (MarketWatch)– Canadian stocks turned negative after morning gain on Monday, with metals and energy weighing on the index. The S&P TSX traded down 0.3% at 11469.21 after a gain earlier, with the financial sector up 0.1%. The metal sector declined 0.6% and energy was down 0.8%.
